Microdermabrasion

Performed under supervision in our student clinic. Most people’s first experience in the area of advanced treatments will be with microdermabrasion. This treatment can be delivered to achieve a light refreshing glow or a more aggressive approach to encourage cell regeneration and to target and ablate lines and acne scaring. When undertaken regularly as part of a good skin program it assists in the thickening of the skin, introduction of a faster cell turnover, cell organisation which results in plumping and much more clearer, even and healthier appearance A $30 deposit is required upon booking and refundable up until 48 hours prior to appointment should cancellation occur.

Glycolic Peel

Performed under supervision in our student clinic. A great combination with microdermabrasion, increases skin cell turnover, reduces pores provides evenness of tone and luminosity to the skins surface. Glycolic is considered the Gold Standard of peels, from Melasma to fine lines, this peel is an excellent option with minimal visible peeling, so it can be undertaken at virtually anytime and no one will know. At GrayClay we use unbuffered peels in different percentages which are compounded by a compounding chemist, so no branded items; this ensures quality and efficacy of product with real results. Additionally this ensures that we can advance your program as your skin progressively improves. This is also an excellent treatment for open pores, congested skin and as an acne treatment for teenagers. TCA/Jessner Peel

More of an active physiological response, a peel that will usually have some down time with the skin peeling or flaking for a period of up to 5 days. However, as part of a treatment program provides great results, including reduction in pigmentation, age spots, fine lines, open pores, oily skin and acne. Improves skin cell organisation, health and compactness resulting in improved texture, evenness of tone which is required to achieve a natural healthy glow. IPL Pigment/ Vascular/ Rejuvenation

We successfully treat Facial and neck flushing, red spider veins on the face and chest. Refine and fade pigmentation and freckling of the face, arms, décolletage and back. Permanent reduction of facial hair, underarms and bikini and we specialise in permanent hair reduction of male beards, chest, back and shoulder hair. Also in women suffering from dark facial hair associated with hormonal changes. Note following - *No sun exposure to the area being treated for two weeks prior to IPL treatments *SPF30+ broad spectrum sunscreen should be worn at all times *Any client who, is or has been, using Roaccutane will not be able to undergo treatments until at least six (6) months post last day of use *A person with an active infection cannot undertake some treatments *Other medications may be contraindicated for some treatments A $30 deposit is required upon booking and refundable up until 48 hours prior to appointment should cancellation occur.

IPL Test Patching

Test patching is required in student clinic at least 24 hours prior to your IPL treatment, this is to ensure our dermal therapists and/or students can confidently select the most safe and effective parameters for you treatment. If you have been to our clinic and would prefer not to have a test patch each time in student clinic, you can book for professional clinic services.

Injectables - Dermal Filler (Student Clinic)

Product - Filler $350 per ml. Please note a fee of $60 is required as per consultation with our prescribing Doctor. Please arrive 5 mins earlier to complete documentation. Injectables by student clinic, are provided under training supervision by our qualified nurses or doctors who have undertaken further qualifications in the Cosmetic/Dermal field.

Student Clinic Muscle Relaxant - Relaxant $3.60 per unit. Please note a fee of $60 is required as per consultation with our prescribing doctor.
